A.S.S.hews

Ingredients . . . ​​​​​​

  • 3 cups of Cashews 
  • A.S.S. 

Directions ...
1. Add 3 cups of cashews to a medium skillet and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. 
2. When the cashews begin to release natural oils remove from heat and generously shake your A.S.S. all over the Cashews. 
3. Mix. Serve. Enjoy! 
A.S.S.hews can be enjoyed hot off the skillet or cooled. Also a delicious salad topping or just as a snack!

Tilapi-A.S.S.

Ingredients ... 

  • ​4 Tilapia fillets 
  • 1/2 cup butter
  •  A.S.S. 

​​​Directions ... 
​I. Generously shake your A.S.S. on the Tilapia.
2. Melt butter in skillet large enough to hold 4 - 6 fillets. 
3. Cook Tilapia until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side). ​
Serve with green beans for a meal that is easy, tasty, and healthy! (See Green Beans and A.S.S. recipe) 

Gritty A.S.S. Eggs

Ingredients ...

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 0z of instant grits
  • Butter (if desired)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese 
  • A.S.S.

​​​​Directions ... 
​I. Prepare grits as instructed on package. Add butter if desired. 
2. Set grits aside. 
3. Cook 2 eggs over easy. Shake your A.S.S. on eggs before flipping. 
4. Top grits with eggs and shredded cheese. 
5. Serve and Enjoy! 

Pasta - Lie -Your - A.S.S.

Ingredients ...

  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 lb andouille sausage (that contains pork stomach)
  • 2 lb boneless chicken (breast/thighs) cut into 1" pieces seasoned with your A.S.S. 
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic 
  • 1 box of penne pasta - 16 oz
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh shallots
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 

​​​​​​Directions ... 
​I. Brown sausage and chicken in a large pan. Set aside. 
2. In same pan - sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic to soften. 
3. Add meat and sausage back into your sauté pan and cook through. ​
4. Add penne pasta and stir until fully mixed. 
5. Add broth - let simmer until pasta is cooked and almost all liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes). 
6. Mix in shallots and parsley. 
7. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar. ​
Serve with fresh French bread and enjoy! This is GOOD and that's no lie - it's Pasta-Lie-Your-A.S.S. 

Drunken Buttery A.S.S.hrooms

Ingredients ...

  • 2 cups sliced or button mushrooms 
  • 4 to 8 oz butter 
  • 1 cup red wine 
  • Lots of A.S.S.

​​​​Directions ... 
​I. Melt butter in a sautéing pan and add mushrooms.
2. Generously coat the buttered mushrooms with your A.S.S.3. Sauté the mushrooms until soft...
4. Add the wine and continue sautéing until the liquid is reduced by half.

What's this here A.S.S. Steak​​ (Worcestershire)

Ingredients ...

  • Steak (thin cut for pan searing or thicker cut for grilling) 
  • Butter
  • Worcestshire sauce 
  • ​Lots of A.S.S.

​​​​​Directions ... Pan Searing 
​I. Coat the steak with Worcestershire sauce. 2. Generously coat the steak with your A.S.S. and let rest at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes. 3. Melt the butter in a sauté pan 
4. Sear the steak only turning once to the temperature desired. 

Directions ... Grilling 
1. Create a mixture with Worcestershire sauce and melted butter to coat steak. 2. Generously coat the steak with your A.S.S. and let rest a room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes. 
3. Grill the steak over high heat only turning once to the temperature desired.

Green Beans and A.S.S.

Ingredients ...

  • 16 oz green beans 
  • 8 oz butter
  • Lots of A.S.S.

​​​​Directions ... 
​I. Melt butter in a sautéing pan and add green beans. 
2. Generously coat the buttered green beans with your A.S.S.
3. Sauté the green beans to your desire tenderness.

A.S.S.paragus

Ingredients ...

  • 16 oz asparagus 
  • 8 oz butter
  • ​Lots of A.S.S.

​​​​​Directions ... Pan Searing 
​I. Melt butter in a sautéing pan and add asparagus 
2. Generously coat the buttered asparagus with your A.S.S. 
3. Sauté the asparagus to your desired tenderness.


Directions ... Grilling 
1. Melt the butter and coat the asparagus. 
2. Generously coat the buttered asparagus with your A.S.S. 
3. Grill the asparagus to your desired tenderness.

Cheesy Sweet A.S.S. Biscuit

  

Pre-heat oven to 425º

Combine 2 tsp of Sweet A.S.S. with 2 cups of self rising flour

then fold in 3 tablespoons of shortening

1 cup of milk

1 cup of grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together until doughy consistency.

Drop 2” size balls on to cookie sheet

Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes – until tops are golden.

Remove from oven – brush tops with butter and serve!

Angelic Shrimpy A.S.S. Pasta

  Ingredients …

  • 1lb peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 heaping tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh or ½ tbsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1lb uncooked angel hair pasta
  • A.S.S. and/or Red A.S.S.

Directions …

1. Shake your A.S.S. all over those shrimp. 

If you would like to SPANK IT use Red A.S.S.

2. Cook the pasta while cooking the following sauce

3. In a large skillet cook garlic in olive oil until garlic begins to brown

4. Add chicken broth – stir – add shrimp – stir!

5. Cover and simmer until shrimp begin to turn pink

6. Add nutmeg – this is an A.S.S. kicker!

7. Combine drained cooked pasta with sauce – blend and simmer another 2-3 minutes

Can be served with fresh French bread

It’s heavenly!

  Ingredients …

· Ripe avocado

· A.S.S. or (if you want to SPANK IT) Red A.S.S.

Directions …

Cut open that ripe avocado, remove the seed, keep it in half or slice – then shake your A.S.S. all over it. Enjoy! You can also smash and mix into a flavorful dip for chips.
